Hard to believe all this goodness is only 2 Weight Watchers Smart Points. And GUILT FREE GOOD FOR YOU. Packed full of protein it’s filling too. I like to use a healthy ready made pancake mix for quick and easy.

Ingredients
 

  • 30 gms @proteinbreadco low carb high protein low Smart Point pancake mix
  • 2 egg whites
  • 40 ml Unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • Zest of 1 med lemon or orange
  • Juice of 1 med lemon or orange

Instructions
 

  • Mix the ingredients together & let sit.
  • Pour into a waffle iron, cook for 5 mins 
  • Top with @yoproau yoghurt, fruit and queens sugar free maple syrup

Notes
