Ingredients Needed
- 6 slices of Hans WW endorsed bacon
- 6 eggs
- 42 gms Bega 50% reduced fat cheese
- Salt & Pepper
How To Create

Line a silicone muffin mould with 1 slice of Hans weight watchers bacon

Add 7gms Bega 50% reduced fat cheese ( approx 1 tsp ) on top,

Crack an egg in the centre

Season with salt/pepper and a pinch of dried herbs (optional)

Cook at 180c fan forced oven for 20-25 mins (approx keep an eye on them as ovens vary )
