Ingredients Needed
  • 6 slices of Hans WW endorsed bacon
  • 6 eggs
  • 42 gms Bega 50% reduced fat cheese
  • Salt & Pepper
How To Create
  1. Line a silicone muffin mould with 1 slice of Hans weight watchers bacon

  2. Add 7gms Bega 50% reduced fat cheese ( approx 1 tsp ) on top, 

  3. Crack an egg in the centre

  4. Season with salt/pepper and a pinch of dried herbs (optional)

  5. Cook at 180c fan forced oven for 20-25 mins (approx keep an eye on them as ovens vary )
