Bacon Egg & Cheese Cups

Ingredients
 

  • 6 slices of Hans WW endorsed bacon
  • 6 eggs
  • 42 gms Bega 50% reduced fat cheese
  • Salt & Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Line a silicone muffin mould with 1 slice of Hans weight watchers bacon
  • Add 7gms Bega 50% reduced fat cheese ( approx 1 tsp ) on top, 
  • Crack an egg in the centre
  • Season with salt/pepper and a pinch of dried herbs (optional)
  • Cook at 180c fan forced oven for 20-25 mins (approx keep an eye on them as ovens vary )

Notes

The variations on this is endless! Add any vegetables if you wish, make ahead of time and keep in the fridge.
