  • 140 gms chobaniau plain 0.5% fat yoghurt
  • 35 gms kez’s gluten free Cocoa & Coconut cereal
  • Raspberries
  • Mango
  • 1/2 tsp pepitas

Instructions
 

  • Layer all the ingredients into a jar
  • Optional : a drizzle of sugar free maple syrup
