
Cheesy Rice Slice

A very quick throw together slice using up some leftover cooked rice, turned into a delicious easy meal.

Ingredients Needed
- 1 1/2 cups cooked brown rice or white
- 3 eggs beaten
- 2 tsp garlic oil normal works fine
- 2 tbls grated Parmesan cheese
- 70 gms Bega 50% less fat grated country cheese
- 1 red onion finely diced
- 1 med/large grated zucchini or pumpkin
- 1 tsp masterfoods Tuscan seasoning
- Salt & Pepper
How To Create

Mix all ingredients together

Pour into a slice mould (I use a Tupperware silicone one)

Bake in a 180c oven for 35-40 mins or until cooked & golden
