Ingredients
 

  • 500 gms Chicken Breast Mince
  • 2 small garlic cloves grated
  • 1/3 cup fresh basil & parsley chopped
  • 1 red onion finely diced
  • 4 tsp masterfoods Tuscan seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp both salt & Pepper
  • 2x3 second oil spray

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients together
  • Using a scoop, roll out 25 Meatballs
  • Spray a non stick pan, lightly sear the meatballs
  • Finish them off in a hot (180) oven for 5-8 minutes or until just cooked.
