Pizza - Topped Chicken Breast With Salad

- 130 gm raw chicken breast
- 50 gms fat free ham
- Diced Capsicum onion & garlic
- Sprinkle of Italian herbs
- 1 slice Bega 50% less fat cheese
- 1 tsp leggos Italian pizza sauce
- Salt & Pepper
How To Create
- On top of the raw chicken, spread 1 tsp of leggos pizza sauce, top with slices of ham, then diced veg, & garlic.
- Sprinkle with Italian herbs, salt & pepper, and finally place the cheese on top (you can also use low fat grated cheese).
- Cooked in the oven at , 190c for 15-20 mins
- Or in an airfryer at 140c for 8 mins + a further 5 mins at 180c.
