
Prawn Stir Fry For One

Ingredients Needed
- 1-2 cloves garlic
- 200 gms raw green peeled prawns
- 1-2 tsp fresh ginger grated optional
- Stir fry mix store bought tonight
- Oil spray
- 1/2 tsp Black sesame seeds
- 1 tbls light sweet chilli sauce
- 2 tsp lite soy sauce.
- salt & pepper chilli optional
How To Create

Heat a non stick pan over high heat

Spray with 3 second oil spray

Add garlic & ginger stir fry mix (I used half a bag)

Once veg is half cooked, add seasoned prawns( season with salt and pepper, chilli is optional) and cook until prawns turn a beautiful coral pink colour

Add the chilli sauce & soy, stir through

Serve immediately with a sprinkle of black sesame seeds.
