Ingredients Needed
  • 3 cups cooked tricolour quinoa
  • 4 eggs
  • 100 gms Hans ww endorsed bacon
  • 1 cup raw spinach leaves
  • 125 gms raw grated pumpkin
  • 2 tsp mixed herbs or fresh
  • 100 gms low fat Feta cheese
  • Salt & Pepper
How To Create
  1. Dice bacon, chop spinach & crumble Feta
  2. place into a bowl and add cooked quinoa.
  3. Add seasonings, beaten eggs, mix together
  4. Divide evenly between 9 muffin silicone muffin tray
  5. Cook in a 160c oven for 20-25 minutes.
