Apple & Date Overnight Oats
All prepared for tomorrow’s breakfast. These oats are Filling, Delicious, Healthy & best of all EASY to make for a grab and go ready made breakfast.
Suggested Meal: Breakfast

- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup almond breeze vanilla unsweetened almond milk
- 2 apples grated
- 2-3 medjool Dates chopped
- 1 Tbls Sugar Free Maple Syrup
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tub 160gms Yopro Plain yoghurt or any 99% fat free plain yoghurt.
How To Create
Mix all ingredients together and halve for 2 very generous serves.
Top with Extra fruit of choice.
