Swedish Meatballs My Way

Ingredients Needed
  • 500 gms Chicken Breast Mince
  • 1/2 onion very finely diced
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp all spice seasoning
  • 1 small garlic clove grated
  • Salt & Pepper
For the sauce :
  • 70 ml Bulla light thickened cream for cooking
  • 1/2 cup chicken stock
  • 2 tsp djon mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt & Pepper
How To Create
  1. Mix all meatball ingredients together

  2. Roll into 28 even meatballs (I use a cookie scoop to measure out my meatballs, they weight aprox 20gms per Ball). 

  3. Sear both sides of the meatball in a non stick pan (spray oil if needed)

  4. Mix the sauce ingredients into a jug, and pour over the meatballs, simmering gently uncovered for 10 minutes or until meatballs are cooked through and sauce slightly thickens.
  5. Scatter with chopped fresh parsley before serving.

Serve with rice, mash (extra sp) or cauliflower rice (0sp) .
