Ingredients
 

  • 1 medium Chicken Breast
  • 2 slices of Prosciutto
  • 1 cup steamed or boiled mashed sweet potato seasoned with salt and pepper
  • 1/2 bunch Broccolini steamed
  • 1/3 cup steamed corn kernels .
  • .

Instructions
 

  • To prepare chicken, wrap 2 slices of prosciutto around, and grill seam side down first, then flip and cook the other side.
  • Cooking times will depend on the thickness of your chicken breast, the prosciutto should be crispy when cooked.
  • No oil is needed if you use a non stick griddle pan.
