One Pan Pasta Bolognese With Peas

Ingredients Needed
  • 225 gms dry rigatoni pasta
  • 1 x 3 second oil spray
  • 300 gms steggles turkey mince
  • 1 red Capsicum diced
  • 2 carrots diced
  • 1 medium zucchini diced
  • 1 medium brown onion diced
  • 2 sticks celery diced
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 3 garlic cloves crushed
  • 2 x 400gm tinned diced Tomato
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/3 cup fresh chopped parsley + Basil
  • 1/2 tsp chilli flakes optional
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
How To Create
  1. In a medium pan, spray with oil and add mince, onion & garlic, cook until brown

  2. Add all veg and cook until slightly tender

  3. Add seasonings, herbs, tomato, water and pasta, stir and reduce to a simmer with a lid on, cook until pasta is almost soft

  4. Add Peas, stir, replace lid simmer until pasta is fully cooked, approx 30 min meal
