Spinach & Mango with Cashew Salad

Ingredients Needed
  • 30 gms cashews
  • 1 bag of fresh Spinach leaves
  • 1 - 2 handfuls of Bean shoots as much as you like
  • 1 large mango sliced
  • mint leaves whole
  • 1/2 pomegranate seeds only
  • 1 small cucumber sliced
  • 5 gms of black sesame seeds.
How To Create
  1. The juice of the pomegranate and mango create enough of a base for a salad dressing, add salt & pepper, a squeeze of lime juice and 2 tsp sesame oil.
