Mango Salad with Citrus Dressing

Ingredients Needed
  • 2 punnets of cherry tomatoes halved
  • 75 gms south cape feta cheese reduced fat
  • 1/2 Lebanese cucumber diced
  • 1/2 red onion diced
  • 2 small mangos diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint chopped finely
  • 1/2 Fresh orange juice only
  • 1/2 Fresh lime juice only
  • Salt/Pepper
How To Create
  1. Mix all ingredients into a serving bowl, squeeze over the lime & orange juice and serve.
