Gingerbread Waffle With Spiced Yoghurt
A special and simple waffle to make that packs a super punch in festive flavour and itโ€™s healthy and ready to eat in 10 minutes

Ingredients Needed
  • 3 Tbls self raising flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup mashed tin pears in juice drained
  • 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Ground Ginger
  • 1/4 tsp Ground All Spice mix
  • Pinch of Salt
Spiced Yoghurt .
  • 160 gms Plain Yopro Yoghurt
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Ginger
  • 2 tsp Queens Sugar Free Maple Syrup
How To Create
  1. Mix together and cook in a waffle maker
