This is my original recipe there are MANY variations of it that has evolved over time šš¼ My teens sonās best friend requested this for brunch today! Must be good š Shhhhh donāt tell them itās healthy!

mashed ripe banana
or apple cooked and mashed

medjool Dates chopped

Mix together, and pour into a microwave safe mug, rinsed out with boiling hot water or lightly sprayed with oil spray (prevents sticking), microwave for 90 seconds (could take longer depending on your microwave) Mug Muffin is cooked when it comes away from the sides of the mug.

Serve with 99% fat free plain yoghurt , fruit of choice, and sugar free maple if you feel like added yumminess! I used blueberry
