gms WW cottage cheese

broccoli florets broken into small pieces

gms ham
or bacon

Cherry tomato cut in half

yellow squash sliced thinly
1/2
cup
sliced mushrooms
1/4
small Spanish onion diced

second olive oil spray
Salt & pepper
Instructions
Whisk egg & cottage cheese together
Slice & dice all the vegetables, plus ham (or bacon)
Preheat a non stick pan, spray with oil and sauté veg until tender (approx 5 mins)
Add the eggs/cottage cheese mix, and stir until cooked through (approx 2 mins maximum),
Season with salt & pepper
