dried mix Italian herbs
Salt/Pepper

onion diced

cloves
garlic grated

cup
beef stock
Instructions
TRADITIONAL COOK
Cook onion mince & garlic until browned
1 onion diced,
2 cloves garlic grated
Add all other ingredients, except the cheese, bring to the boil and simmer for a few minutes,
500 gms heart smart beef mince,
1 cup aborio rice,
400 gms can tomatoes,
2 tbls balsamic vinegar,
3 tbls worstershire sauce,
2 tbls tomato paste,
2 tsp dried mix Italian herbs,
Salt/Pepper,
1 cup beef stock
Transfer mixture into a Pyrex dish (2.6lt capacity roughly) and sprinkle cheese on top
1 cup mozzerella cheese
Bake in oven for 45mins at 180c.
