Ingredients

lean pork mince

panko bread crumbs

parmesan cheese

raw meduim size spanish onion
can be cooked before adding to mix if you prefer

Tbls
fresh chopped basil or parsley or both
1
x 3 second olive oil spray
1
Tsp
each of salt and pepper
extra 2-3 eggwhites if the mix is too dry
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together
Using a melon baller (or a similar utensil) scoop out levels to make 50 even meatballs, give or take a few, the smart points should not change,
In a non stick large pan, spray with oil spray and cook meatballs in batches.
