In a food processor add all ingredients minus choc & glitter, and blend on low until mix forms a dough.
Roll into 15 even balls (I use a cookie scoop for this)
Topping
Melt both white & milk choc, dollop a small amount of the milk chocolate on each ball, then drizzle the white over the top, sprinkle with edible glitter and stars and refrigerate in an airtight container.
