Plain 99% fat free yoghurt

Nandos Hot sauce
or mild if you prefer
Lettuce
Tomato

Bega 50% less fat cheese
This is optional - add extra point
Instructions
Season Chicken with Portuguese seasoning and grill on the bbq or in a griddle pan on the stove, there’s no need for oil if your pan is non stick.
Mix yoghurt & Nandos sauce together.
Once cooked assemble burger & drizzle with sauce & enjoy.
