red onion finely diced

second oil spray
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together
Using a scoop, roll out 25 Meatballs
Spray a non stick pan, lightly sear the meatballs
Finish them off in a hot (180) oven for 5-8 minutes or until just cooked.
