Recipe from Anna's cookbook, 'How I've Kept The Weight Off'. Made from staple ingredients you’re likely to have on hand, these bliss balls are simply delicious. They are all freezer friendly, so you can prep a big batch whenever you have time.

Ingredients
 

  • 225 g Frozen blueberries (1.5 Cup)
  • 180 g Dry rolled oats (2 cups)
  • 40 g Shredded or desiccated coconut (1/2 cup)
  • 3 tsp Maple syrup
  • 6 Fresh dates Pitted

Instructions
 

  • Process all ingredients in a food processor until well combined.
  • Using damp hands, roll mixture into 25 balls. Transfer to a tray, cover and refrigerate for 1 hour or until firm.
  • Ensure you use frozen blueberries so that you don’t have excess liquid in the bliss balls.
