Ingredients

Bega Country Cheese 50% less fat

small red onion diced

self raising flour

fresh thyme + 1 Tbls flat leaf parsley
feel free to add more
Salt & Pepper
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together and pour into silicone baking muffin moulds (I use Tupperware ones)
Bake at 180c for 25 minutes or until cooked through
Notes
1 WW SP Each
Optional - Add half peas half corn
