Roll into 28 even meatballs (I use a cookie scoop to measure out my meatballs, they weight aprox 20gms per Ball).
Sear both sides of the meatball in a non stick pan (spray oil if needed)
Mix the sauce ingredients into a jug, and pour over the meatballs, simmering gently uncovered for 10 minutes or until meatballs are cooked through and sauce slightly thickens.
Scatter with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
