Desicated Coconut
Instructions
Place all ingredients into a food processor EXCLUDING the coconut.
Blitz to form a dough (add 1 Tbls water if its dry).
Place coconut into a bowl. Roll mix into 15gm balls, place in coconut, shake off excess and repeat with remaining dough.
