Instructions
for the meatballs
Mix together, and using a cookie scoop form into 25 meatballs. Sear in s non stick pan, but don’t cook the whole way through, just brown the meatballs.
for the glaze
in a small saucepan add the Worcestershire sauce, apple cider vinegar, chicken stock, BBQ sauce, salt and pepper.
Bring liquid to the boil and then add meatballs in the sauce, reduce further until a sticky thick glaze. .
