The Sauce is AMAZING!
I served with veggies & potato for extra points, but the chicken dish itself is only 4 points!

Chicken breast Fillets

French onion packet soup

cup
Chicken stock
30
ml
light cream for cooking
1/4
cup
Reduced Fat Grated Cheese
1-2
tsp
Dried Thyme
1/2
tsp
each of Salt & Pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180c (fan forced)
Add chicken to a baking tray lined with baking paper.
To a jug add French onion powder, chicken stock, cream, herbs, salt, pepper & whisk.
Pour mixture over chicken.
Top with cheese & cover with foil.
Place in preheated 180c oven for 35-40 mins.
Remove the foil for the last 15 minutes of cooking.
Serve with veg of choice and spoon over the delicious sauce.
