Anna Van Dyken - Feed Me Healthy
The Sauce is AMAZING!
I served with veggies & potato for extra points, but the chicken dish itself is only 4 points!

Ingredients
 

  • 2 Chicken breast Fillets
  • 30 g French onion packet soup
  • 2/3 cup Chicken stock
  • 30 ml light cream for cooking
  • 1/4 cup Reduced Fat Grated Cheese
  • 1-2 tsp Dried Thyme
  • 1/2 tsp each of Salt & Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 180c (fan forced)
  • Add chicken to a baking tray lined with baking paper.
  • To a jug add French onion powder, chicken stock, cream, herbs, salt, pepper & whisk.
  • Pour mixture over chicken.
  • Top with cheese & cover with foil.
  • Place in preheated 180c oven for 35-40 mins.
  • Remove the foil for the last 15 minutes of cooking.
  • Serve with veg of choice and spoon over the delicious sauce.
