plain no fat yoghurt
high protein like Chobani or Aldi yoghurt

no added sugar apple purée
or make your own

punnet
fresh raspberries

Nestle white choc chips
Instructions
In a bowl whisk apple purée & sugar until slightly pale, add eggs
(one at a time whisking in between)
.
Add cinnamon & yoghurt
Fold through sifted flour & fresh raspberries.
Fill a silicone muffin mould evenly
Top with white choc chips (a few on each muffin) & bake at 160c for 25-30mins or until a skewer comes out clean.
