garlic oil
normal works fine

grated Parmesan cheese

gms Bega 50% less fat grated country cheese

red onion finely diced

med/large grated zucchini
or pumpkin

tsp
masterfoods Tuscan seasoning
Salt & Pepper
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together
Pour into a slice mould (I use a Tupperware silicone one)
Bake in a 180c oven for 35-40 mins or until cooked & golden
