cooked rice
brown or white

chicken breast mince

spring onions
finely diced

tablespoons
flat leaf parsley
2
teaspoons
of ground ginger or fresh
1
garlic clove grated
1
tablespoon
kecap manis
thick sweet soy sauce
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
To a medium sized bowl, add all ingredients and combine.
Place a non stick fry pan over medium flame to heat.
Use wet hands and an ice cream scoop to roll balls, place into the warm pan, and flatten, the mixture will be a little fragile at first.
Once seared on one side, flip to cook through, or place in a 180c oven for 5 mins after searing both sides.
Notes
You can also use oyster sauce as a substitute for Kecap Manis.
