larger ones not mini

low fat mozzarella cheese

Don’s low fat ham

onion finely diced
Asparagus baby tips
Salt & Pepper

Italian seasoning
Dash of water
Instructions
Mix well together and fill 3 soft taco shells.
But you can put whatever you feel like in your quiche mix
Bake in a 180c oven for 20-30mins or until just cooked.
