Home made spice mix

Instructions
In a non stock fry pan spray with oil spray, add onion, celery & Capsicum, sauté until soft
Add mince & garlic, stir until combined
Add spice mix, and cook until browned, breaking up lumps of mince.
Add tin tomato, tomato paste, water, stock cube and kidney beans
Simmer for 35-40 mins or until mix has thickened.
Notes
Serve with 1/2 cup basmati rice (optional)
