99% fat free plain yoghurt

Fresh mint sprigs
Instructions
In a small food processor add ricotta yoghurt, lemon zest & juice. Process until smooth.
Spoon into a pipping bag with a star nozzle.
Arrange meringues into a wreath shape.
Pipe each with filling.
Decorate with fresh fruit, choc chips & mint.
Dust with substitute icing sugar
