Oh my goodness this turned out to be AMAZING! Super rich & sweet so you don’t need much. But definitely worth making it and it’s such an easy quick bake! Hope you give it a go.

230g chopped pitted Medjool dates

3 medium mashed ripe bananas

unsweetened almond milk

cinnamon

vanilla essence

Cadbury baking choc chips
Instructions
Mash banana into a mixing bowl, add all bran, chopped dates, cinnamon, vanilla, egg & milk, mix together.
Let sit for 5 mins.
Add 1/2 cup of flour at a time, mixing in between.
Pour batter into a lined 20x20 square baking tin, scatter over the choc chips & bake at 160c (fan forced)
25 mins or until a skewer comes out clean.
