Instructions
Mix all ingredients together, and pour batter evenly into silicone Muffin trays (I use my Tupperware silicone mould).
Bake at 160c fan forced for 20-30 mins or until a skewer comes out clean.
Notes
NOTE: substitute real peanut butter for powdered (80gms) Changes the Smart Points to 4 each Muffin.
