Muffins - Chocolate Peanut Butter

  • 2 eggs
  • 8 fresh dates finely chopped
  • 1 tsp bi carb soda
  • 400 g tin Ardmona Pie Apples

Please see note for variations

  • 40 gms @thenuttywhey Chocolate peanut butter powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup self raising flour


  • Mix all ingredients together, and pour batter evenly into silicone Muffin trays (I use my Tupperware silicone mould).
  • Bake at 160c fan forced for 20-30 mins or until a skewer comes out clean.


NOTE: substitute real peanut butter for powdered (80gms) Changes the Smart Points to 4 each Muffin.
