Chopped

Dijon Mustard
Salt & Pepper
To Taste

Lemon
Juice

Lemon Zest
Whole Lemon

Second Oil Spray
Instructions
Mix All the ingredients together
Form into 8 patties
Spray a non stick oven proof pan with Olive Oil
Lightly brown on both sides and then place into an over at 180c for 8-10 mins to cook through
