Old Fashioned Tuna Patties
Ingredients
- 425 gms Tuna in Spring water Well Drained
- 240 gms RAW Spud Lite or Carisma Potatoes Cooked and Mashed
- 1 small Onion Finely diced
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 Cup Panko Breadcrumbs
- 1/4 Cup Fresh Parsley Chopped
- 2 Tsp Dijon Mustard
- Salt & Pepper To Taste
- 1/2 Lemon Juice
- 1 Lemon Zest Whole Lemon
- 2 x 3 Second Oil Spray
Instructions
- Mix All the ingredients together
- Form into 8 patties
- Spray a non stick oven proof pan with Olive Oil
- Lightly brown on both sides and then place into an over at 180c for 8-10 mins to cook through
