x 3 second oil spray

red Capsicum diced

carrots diced

medium zucchini diced

medium brown onion diced

sticks celery diced

frozen peas

garlic cloves crushed

x 400gm tinned diced Tomato

cups
water

cup
fresh chopped parsley + Basil

tsp
chilli flakes
optional
Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions
In a medium pan, spray with oil and add mince, onion & garlic, cook until brown
Add all veg and cook until slightly tender
Add seasonings, herbs, tomato, water and pasta, stir and reduce to a simmer with a lid on, cook until pasta is almost soft
Add Peas, stir, replace lid simmer until pasta is fully cooked, approx 30 min meal
