flesh scooped out and diced

Red Onion
Dices

Garlic

Sweet Soy Sauce

Sesame Oil

chilli flakes or 1 fresh chilli
Instructions
Heat pan, add sesame oil, add diced onion & garlic, sauté until soft, add chicken until brown , add sauces + chilli
Simmer for 10 mins until cooked through, add fresh pineapple and stir through.
Serve with 1/2 cup basmati rice, 1/2 tsp sesame seeds per Serve + sprinkle of spring onion
