Sweet & Spicy Pineapple Chicken

As everyone now knows, my husband LOVES Pineapple - so I aim to please 🙂

Ingredients
 

  • 500 gms Chicken Breast diced
  • 1 Whole Pineapple cut in half flesh scooped out and diced
  • 1 Red Onion Dices
  • 1 clove Garlic Grated
  • 1 pkt Celebrate Health Teriyaki Marinade®
  • 4 tsp Sweet Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp Sesame Oil
  • 1/2 tsp chilli flakes or 1 fresh chilli

Instructions
 

  • Heat pan, add sesame oil, add diced onion & garlic, sauté until soft, add chicken until brown , add sauces + chilli
  • Simmer for 10 mins until cooked through, add fresh pineapple and stir through.
  • Serve with 1/2 cup basmati rice, 1/2 tsp sesame seeds per Serve + sprinkle of spring onion
