
Overnight Oats - Lamington
Ingredients
Bottom layer
- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries crushed
 - 1 tsp chia seeds
 - Mix together
 
Middle layer
- 1/3 cup rolled oats
 - 1/3 cup coconut chobani
 - 3 tablespoons coconut almond milk unsweetened
 - 1/2 tsp vanilla
 - Mix together
 
Top layer
- 1 tbls sugar free maple
 - 1 tsp raw cacao or cocoa powder
 - Mix together
 
Instructions
- Layer from bottom to top in a glass jar and top with fresh raspberries and 1 tsp coconut shredded.
 - (You can use pure maple syrup just adjust the smart points)
