Quiche With Roasted Cherry Tomatoes
Ingredients
- 1 soft stand & stuff taco “boat” shell
- 2 eggs
- Mixed veg diced … I’ve used 1/3 cup of each
- Mushroom
- Spinach
- Capsicum
- Onion
- 1 Serve of Hans WW bacon 45gm diced
- 1/2 Tsp dried mix herbs
- Salt & Pepper
Instructions
- Place all ingredients (diced)! into the taco shell, season with salt, pepper and dried mixed herbs,
- Pour over the whisked eggs and bake in a moderate oven for 20 mins
- AT THE 15 MINUTE MARK - add the cherry tomatoes into the oven for the last 5 mins of cooking.
