  • I cook my sweet potato in chicken stock to add extra flavour don’t drain it all off, use some of the liquid & mash the potato with s&p it makes the potato creamy and delicious
  • 1/2 cup of cooked sweet potato

  • Don’t drain it all off, use some of the liquid & mash the potato with salt and pepper - it makes the potato creamy and delicious.

Notes

1/2 cup of cooked sweet potato
+ 1 tsp real butter through the corn
