Pizza - Topped Chicken Breast With Salad

  • 130 gm raw chicken breast
  • 50 gms fat free ham
  • Diced Capsicum onion & garlic
  • Sprinkle of Italian herbs
  • 1 slice Bega 50% less fat cheese
  • 1 tsp leggos Italian pizza sauce
  • Salt & Pepper


  • On top of the raw chicken, spread 1 tsp of leggos pizza sauce, top with slices of ham, then diced veg, & garlic.
  • Sprinkle with Italian herbs, salt & pepper, and finally place the cheese on top (you can also use low fat grated cheese).
  • Cooked in the oven at , 190c for 15-20 mins
  • Or in an airfryer at 140c for 8 mins + a further 5 mins at 180c.
