Ingredients
 

  • 300 ml chicken stock
  • 400 gms cauliflower florets
  • 2 pears peeled & chopped
  • Salt & Pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a saucepan place all ingredients, cook until cauliflower & pear are tender.
  • Blitz until smooth

Notes

Serve with 1 Tbls yopro plain yoghurt & 1 tsp flaked almonds toasted
