Chicken & Prawn/Chive Wanton Soup

  • 1/2 bunch Bok Choy
  • 2 cups chicken stock
  • 1/2 tbls soy sauce
  • Added water if needed
  • 1/2 punnet fresh baby corn cut in half or tinned
  • 50 gms yum Cha frozen prawn Chive wontons
  • 100 gms cooked chicken shredded breast
  • 1/3 cup of fresh beanshoots
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Few sprigs fresh parsley


  • In a small pot add all stocks, with corn and simmer until half cooked, add Bok Choy, and wantons, simmer for 4 mins then add shredded chicken parsley and beanshoots. Simmer for a further 2 minutes and serve
